Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is wonderfully located in the heart of Mont Tremblant, right at the top of the village, offering a cozy stay with welcoming amenities. While the rooms show some wear and tear, the presence of an open fire creates a lovely ambiance. However, the lack of adequate cooling in the suite caused discomfort during hot weather.
The hotel delivered on expectations with fantastic rooms, awesome pool, and the perfect location right at the top of the village. However, there were some setbacks like a bad smell in the room and insufficient AC in the large suite, making it uncomfortably hot. The lack of responsiveness when calling the operator was also a downside.
I stayed at a one-bedroom loft suite overlooking the plaza. The room was spacious and had a stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, which was superb. However, the housekeeping never serviced enough towels for all six people in the room during my stay. The location was excellent, steps away from the lifts, perfect for skiers and boarders. The service was attentive and friendly, ideal for those who enjoy cooking. The dining experience was pleasant, and I extended my stay due to the overall good service received. The facilities offered dry cleaning, laundry, a ski pass vendor, and ski equipment hire.
This hotel has a great location in the pedestrian village and offers friendly service. The rooms were clean and comfy, but the dining options were limited. The well-equipped staff and excellent breakfast were standout features. The ski locker was not ready upon arrival, and the post-New Year's Eve clean-up seemed rushed.
The Fairmont hotel is situated above some shops and restaurants on the ground floor. While it wasn't fully prepared for our stay, given it was just after New Year's Eve, the room had a bad smell. The only air conditioning unit in the large suite wasn't sufficient, and getting assistance from the operator was challenging, as no one answered promptly.
The hotel room was a little smaller than expected but still provided plenty of space and worked very well for us, especially being at the very end of the hallway on the 2nd floor. Perfect for a family. The service was a mix of being rude at breakfast but also showing hard work and dedication in getting out all the food; the staff, particularly Sophie on the front desk and Paul in catering, were fantastic and always kept the dining areas clean and well-stocked. The location was amazing, close to the ski hill and within steps of many activities; prime spot near the pedestrian area of Mont-Tremblant. The dining experience, while not exceptional, alternated daily to keep things interesting for our kids during our vacation. The facilities were standard but still adequate for our needs.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience overall. The rooms are situated above shops and restaurants, making it very convenient. The breakfast was awesome, and the pool was a great addition. The only downside was that the room felt a bit smaller than expected, but it was still comfortable and as advertised.
